Ricky was a starting running back for the San Francisco 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles, and Seattle Seahawks, amassing over 10,000 rushing yards during his 10-year career. He is both a Super Bowl Champion and University of Notre Dame National Champion, 5-Time Pro Bowler, 4-Time All-Madden and 3 Time All-Pro. Like most of his teammates, life after football was painful. When fans ask him if he would have played football knowing what he knows now about injury, the answer is not so easy. He was from the era of players that played for the love of the game and he thought he was invincible because that was the culture of football. The thousands of massive hits to his head and body would inevitably come back to haunt him and he quickly learned that opioids were not the answer. He feels blessed to have found relief with holistic medicine and wants to share Impact's line of premium CBD products with all those who are suffering.
Cat practices law in the San Francisco Bay Area, representing NFL players nationwide in various disability claims and helping her clients transition to life after football. Most people are unaware of the challenges involved after an athlete leaves the game as they face the reality of their debilitating injuries and the effects these injuries have on their loved ones. Cat consults for several non-profit organizations dedicated to improving the lives of former players dealing with physical and mental disability and advocates for increased awareness, research and treatment for brain injury in athletes.
Michael Andrew Jones, Co-Founder, Product Formulator & Innovator
Michael entered the medical cannabis and hemp industry in 1996 and formed Hemp Life Global, to help military veterans suffering from PTSD and children living with chronic disease by offering CBD, medical cannabis, and organic plant-based medicines as a safer, more effective treatment option. Michael also co-founded Vaidya Ayurveda with Ph.D. Ayurveda doctors and holistic healers, which fuses ancient medicine and CBD to create cutting-edge all natural plant based medicinal products that promote natural healing, happiness and mind and heart coherence for a balanced life.
